2. Eligibility and Registration

3. Account Management
Once your u365 account is registered, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through it. - u365 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to suspected fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or money laundering.
- All players must complete any KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requested by u365 before withdrawals are processed. This may include proof of identity, proof of address, and verification of the payment method used to deposit.
- You may close your account at any time by contacting u365 support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
u365 accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or withdrawal) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. u365 will attempt to contact the account holder using the registered mobile number before applying any dormancy policy. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to maintain an active account status.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
u365 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits and withdrawals are conducted through the payment methods listed on the Deposit page of your account. u365 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via local Bangladeshi payment methods; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees, and u365 accepts no responsibility for any such charges.
The minimum deposit on u365 is ৳200. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. u365 does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. Deposits are credited to your u365 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes of the payment being confirmed by your provider, contact u365 support immediately.
The minimum withdrawal on u365 is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. u365 targets processing all standard withdrawal requests within minutes to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required. u365 is not liable for any delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
Any suspected fraudulent, illegal, or irregular transaction will be investigated by u365. During an investigation, u365 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and withhold any associated funds. If fraud is confirmed, u365 will close the account permanently, forfeit all funds held therein, and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies available under applicable law.
u365 applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls to all financial transactions on the platform. Players who deposit and withdraw without placing any material wagers may be subject to enhanced scrutiny. u365 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any player at any time as part of its AML compliance obligations.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
u365 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific bonus terms displayed at the time the offer is claimed, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail for the purpose of that bonus only.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is displayed clearly on the bonus offer page before you claim.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A "new player" is defined as a person who has never previously held a registered u365 account under any identity or mobile number.

6. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on u365. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and may result in legal action being taken against the responsible party.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human players.
- Colluding with other players, game operators, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games or sharing real-time game information with co-conspirators.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, u365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the u365 platform, including but not limited to the following scenarios:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use or inability to use the platform, even if u365 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, including scheduled or emergency maintenance periods, that results in the inability to access games, place bets, or conduct transactions.
- Any loss resulting from delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any Bangladeshi bank, that are outside of u365's direct control.
- Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or transmissions where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials as required by these Terms.
10. Amendments and Governing Law

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
